Man, what was that? All over the place. Makes no sense at multiple levels.
Some players are extremely overdrafted (Ziaire at 6, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl at 9, Dosunmu at 11), while others are extremely underdrafted (Kuminga at 13, Sengun at 18, Wagner at 19, Moody at 26).
Even if you take into account his rationale that he's mocking purely at players with the highest chance of having the best career, this makes no sense.
It isn't just a specific player who is more or less, let's say, out of the box regarding to argument, there are multiple instances where his linear thinking doesn't make sense. At least from my point of view.
For us, we get 2 combo guards, and we already have Poole on the roster. What's the use?
I understand it's a "different perspective", but it has to make sense in itself, at least. A semblance of internal coherence. And this doesn't.
This mock, far & away, takes the "Sheet Hits the Fan" NBA Mock Draft International Open of 2021.
PS: just to make it clear, it's nothing against your post, I appreciate you bringing this to the forum so we can keep the discussion going & honing our draft-related craft.
