Yeah, but it's actually a pretty good year for anyone who wants to buy another pick. Lots of teams have stockpiled picks - the reality is, most teams aren't going to draft and sign 3+ rookies.
If you want to add a second round pick, these teams are heavy in the draft:
-OKC have 16, 18, 34 and 36
-Pistons have 1, 37, 42 and 52
-Pelicans have picks 10, 40 and 43
-Magic have 5, 8 and 33
-Knicks have 19, 21, 32 and 58
-Nets have 27, 44, 49 and 59
-Raptors have 4, 46 and 47
-Hornets have 11, 56 and 57
-Pacers have 13, 54 and 60
So - there are definitely picks available if we want them. We can probably add something in the 32-44 range, and we could definitely buy a picks somewhere from 46-60

I want as many second-rounders as possible.
One or two should make the roster, then two way players and maybe a draft and stash.

I am not too excited about the draft, but I would love us to trade our 38 to the Nets for their 44 and 49, plus any needed cash considerations. then, Trade next year's 2nd round pick to the Raptors for their 46 and 47, plus cash considerations as needed. Having three or four 2nd rounds could allow us to bring in two new players, and get two draft and stash in Europe players. Add Devin Dotson to our team, And Marco Simonovic (spelling?), and we could have four new young players added to our team. Then, round out with free agents. Miami added two non drafted players that made their team. With all the improvements in college ball, 2nd rounders might start having first-round talent quite often.
