I think Dallas goes for this? And I don’t see why OKC wouldn’t.

Powell and 2025 1st returned to PHI
2022 & 2024 PHI 1sts and Porzingis to OKC
Just my 2 cents... really can't see Dallas going for that. Tobias is 3 years older and his salary is $3m more than Porzingis for every year of their contracts, both of which expire in 2024. It's a horrible contract since he's no star... $36m, $37.5m, and $39m left to pay. You guys have even said it yourself, Tobias is a JAG... and I agree. He's 29 years old and you know what you get. While Porzingis, being only 26, could return to being a potential All-Star at any time.
If Dallas makes the deal, they will only have 1 star (Luka) on their team for 3 whole years with no way of getting another until the summer of 2024, when Tobias' contract expires. I can't see another team that will take Tobias off Dallas' hands in exchange for a star, in case it doesn't work out. So this deal has the potential to cause Dallas to lose Luka, it's just not worth it to them. Maybe you guys don't fully see how bad the contract is when Tobias is playing behind Embiid and Simmons... but the receiving team will see it differently, if he's supposed to be their 2nd best player earning that money.
I think Philly will need to pay Dallas to take on Tobias and give up Porzingis. Pay in a 2-team trade example = Tyrese and/or Thybulle and/or picks. Two of these three might help get it done. If not, Dallas is better off sticking with Porzingis and seeing if J Kidd can rehabilitate him on the court. And Philly might be better off running it back with Tobias too.
