It looks like it. I think there will be all out war for that starting shooting guard spot.
It will also be interesting to see what choice will be made between Ariza/Gasol/Anthony in the starting lineup.
I suspect Gasol will start and play token JaVale McGee minutes.

We won in spite of Rondo, many of his games were awful and he killed our spacing
We didn’t have enough shooting last season and it killed us
We knew Drummond was truly Awful and he was

I don't care about the stats for Rondo, since he was important, especially when LBJ was on the bench .... He had been very good against rockets and the nuggets ... If it would have been you, you wouldn't have play Rondo for one single minute (outside of the garbage time) in the playoffs and you would have lost the locker room!
Who would have been the second ball handler behind LBJ if Rondo would not have been there?

I was right on all of those
I also said to give AC more time in 2019-2020 and to play Dwight more instead of McGee when we go big

I am not sure there were better options that Rondo at the minimun in free agency in 2019.
