I don't care either way. Anything is better than Payton, but people are shooting their loads like we're getting anything resembling Kemba Walkers prime.
He has chronic arthritis. Not a sore knee. He doesn't "keep getting hurt", he has no cartilage in his left knee.
Deluded sheep in here losing their minds and people from other boards are just laughing at our clowning over a guys swan song for a couple years at home. This is MSG ticket revenue material and nothing more. I feel bad for Kemba because he's a great teammate and a competitor but his knee just betrayed him, 4 surgeries on his left knee years of steroidal injections and now he's been trying stem cells to eek out another couple years.
If he could play he wouldn't be a Knick right now, he'd be on the 76ers or some competitive team. Nice story that he gets to play a few games at home, can't wait for the coming home redux.
Deluded sheep? Relax. Go outside. You’ve been internetting too long.
I'm relaxed. It's the other people who think we're getting All-NBA 3rd team Kemba who are emotional. I feel bad for them.
"WE bAcK!" "rEmEmBEr tWo DaYS aGO!"
It shows how deluded and scarred the fan base is. They can't even look at the guys injury history, it would force them to wake up from the dream.
Kind of odd to be calling people deluded sheep, feeling bad for them as clowns and flashing some X-rays that the guy will never walk again. What’s wrong with a little hope. A lot of athletes are moving towards stem cell treatment. Kobe was going to Germany for it in 2013. It’s becoming a preferred treatment that many of the top athletes are now doing it. Load management can be a factor also - he has played over 30mpg his entire career - cut that down to 22-24 and that will help as will it also help Rose. Healthy players in todays game are sitting for 5-10 games just for load management. He was knocked out of the playoffs last year because of an unrelated contusion injury to his leg and also missed time with a neck injury. You are looking for 2 years from him, it’s worth a gamble at that price and I certainly hope for his sake that you wouldn’t actually wish the guys demise just to prove an angry point. He’s a Bronx boy going home. Try a little optimism.
