This, low "basketball IQ" player with low skills are out of the league.
Then you have low "basketball IQ" players with good skills like McGee, Josh Smith, JR Smith building long careers as solid staters. And of course there are scrubino role players like Chriss, Stanley Johnson who are too good to not be in the league, etc.
Furthermore, some of dumber players are even borderline stars (and MVP) like Wiggins, Ayton, Rose.
