It goes by the time changed?
you get the first PM that you are winning the bid from bish. If you never get a PM that you are winning at anypoint you aren't leading.
But I was answering the question that if you got a PM first saying you were leading but then didn't get a PM the second time. That doesn't necessarily mean your bid got outbid. You would need to look at the FA list to see if the date of the player signed changed.
In my case, Bish told me I was outbid and I am not leading anymore. However, he did not tell me what is the new bid.
I would like to know if the bid was in the threshold range, he would have told me the new bid or not.
If you make a $30 offer (second round) and the leading bid is $40 (first round), Bish will tell you how much is the winning bid because it is in the threshold range.
But if the other way around, would he tell you the new bid? If somebody else makes a $40 bid in the second round outbidding your $30 winning bid from the first round, would he tell how much your opponent outbid you because is in the threshold range? If he did not tell me, can I assume the new bid was at last U$41?
To the best of my knowledge that is correct. I think the only players that you 100% know what your team needs to win a bid is Bird Rights FA regardless of thresholds.
So you can assume that if Bish told you that you were outbid from you leading bid in the 1st period but didn't give you a match price. That means someone went above your the threshold of that winning bid. Otherwise if they just went slightly above your leading bid within the threshold he would say you have been outbid and this is what you would have to do to beat the offer.
