Gut feeling is that he’s not that type
Immature, naive, misguided, entitled, spoiled etc I can definitely see but if he truly doesn’t care about people on the team then he wouldn’t be helping Maxey etc with their game in the offseason plus there’s the ego
Far more likely that he freezes at the ft line than chucks the ball into the crowd IMO
Maxey is not a person on the team to Ben. He's a Klutch client. Literally the only reason he didn't ghost him this offseason like he did everyone else on the roster and front office.
Simmons didn’t ghost anyone
Imagine being paid 30 million per year and the coach & GM can’t pick the phone up
It’s laughable
Little wonder those dipshits can’t secure a trade

Not to get political here- far from it - but I just wanted to explain this because many people don't actually realize that Kellyanne Conway, the woman who was mercilessly mocked for saying "Alternative Facts" was actually dead right.
Alternative Facts is a legal doctrine and she's a lawyer, and I think it was dbag Chuck Todd who said something like "that just means they're 'falsehoolds" - 101% incorrect. To make a quick example- let's say someone is in court for DUI and serious personal &/ property damage or something like that. His lawyer might make the case for bail and be saying "Your Honor, my client is married mother of 3 who owns her own business in town, is involved in multiple church, social, and business groups, and has never been convicted of any violent crimes nor missed a court date... She's not a flight risk!" === shall we say, "one set of facts" ... the Prosecutor may respond, "Yes, Your Honor, but she has 2 prior DUI convictions, she killed 2 people in the accident, destroyed 3 vehicles, and was apprehended attempting to flee the scene..." === "alternative facts" ... In fact both sets are true, they just paint completely different pictures. I believe this was involving the Trump's inauguration crowd size...and Sean looool Spicer was pretty much ordered by Trump to constantly say it was not just huge, it was the hugest ever. I am *not* defending Spicer (dbag) and certainly not Trump - he seemed to have a mental condition where whenever anyone points out something bad or negative about him, he instantly responds with, "Not me, YOU, in fact you're the WORST and I'm the best!" ... tell him his hair is ugly, he responds "No it's not, yours is ugly! I have the best hair in the world and you have the worst hair in the world! My hair is perfect! Perfect! Like my Ukraine call! Perfect!" -- but when Conway used the Alternative Facts term, she was blasted despite being dead right. Alternative Facts are not "falsehoods" (another term they loved to use during Trump's term. 'Falsehood' is defined as : the state of being untrue. - so is that like a lie, only worse? or not quite a bad but you still don't like it? ) ... I just felt like it was completely unfair for the media to pretty much destroy her on the 2nd day on the job, when she was right and they were totally wrong. Rant over , allow us to continue discussing Ben Simmons falsehoods.

He stinks in the playoffs.
The teams he wants to play for don't want him.
In his mind he is a superstar yet no other team really wants to make a superstar offer for him.
His agent had a plan to get him out of Philly and yet here he is reporting back to Philly.
His team said Ben was willing to sit out an entire season. Yet he gets fined and miss a couple of check and here he is back unannounced.
He loses money he won't recoup because of bad advice from his agent and team.
All around him players with less talent are improving offensively and he is not.
Yes Ben you have all the accolades and you are a defensive wiz. But the market for you talent is small. Do you ever wonder why?
I doubt this guy is ever going to wake up and realize that he is his own biggest problem. Even when he gets traded, he will still carry his ego around with him. So I doubt he will ever get out of his own way. You would think the playoffs, the summer and your trade request would be a wake up call to him. But probably not.

Also, I don't even understand why anyone is shilling for Ben this hard. This is weirder than the Colangelo burner accounts.
