Harrison makes Thybulle look like an offensive genius. Henry is an older, less promising version of Springer- he’s a couple inches taller, but he doesn’t play like it. Would have preferred to give Petrusev our two way.
The way I see it..
We dont have another good ball handler after Maxey, thus Shaq Harrison
We dont have that big wing defender, thus Aaron Henry
If not Shaq Harrison or Aaron Henry, I think we need a 6’7 tall with large wingspan 3&D guy and a capable PG who can bring down the ball, shoot, can run some 2 man game and play some defense
I dont see the need to activate or get another big. Im quite happy with Drummond, and Im willing to let Paul Reed get some experience
I don’t see Shaq as a better ball handler than Milton, Korkmaz, or even Joe. I haven’t seen any indication that Henry can guard: it’s probably a safer assumption that a rookie can’t guard.
We don’t really have the roster spot for the guy you’re describing we need, but if we did need somebody to check most of those boxes, I’d sign James Ennis again. Really what we need from our two way though is just a developmental project with some interesting upside. I don’t think Henry or Shaq have that.
Yup, i also dont see it in them right now but i see the rationale for why we signed then for. And im totally open in finding better replacements
