Yes but we were used to that last season too and made due so it can't be that is the issue. There's only one other difference to the starting 5. Fournier has good offensive impact but I think overall we can't cover for 2 bad team defenders instead of 1 like last year.

Fournier is a downgrade from Bullock defensively. But he's a major upgrade offensively.

I agree that the Knicks can't cover for two minus defenders. They needed a defensive point guard to make up for Fournier's deficiencies.

Kemba so far hasn't played well on either end, and it shows in the statistics. His defensive problems matter more than Fournier's because he doesn't make up for them on the offensive end of the floor.

But all those issues come up when you sign average players in free agency. If Fournier was a good defender, he would have been in high-demand in free agency, and he would've cost a lot more than we signed him for. But signing guys like him is exactly what treadmill teams do, because at the end of the day, he's just an average starter in the NBA. And signing average starters without a superstar on your roster will turn you into a treadmill team.

Fournier and Barrett don’t work well together. You should pair either with Burks or Grimes.

that dunk was one of those that would make the player that was dunked on leave the court if they were playing streetball.

Well, there's a game I'm glad I missed. Had too many family commitments going on today and into tonight.

Without a single clue as to what happened, my only comment is as follows:

When a supposed playoff team loses to a team that's such a complete piece of sh*t like the Magic, it's an indication that the starting lineup has at least one, and possible two flawed players, players that have to be carried on a semi regular basis.

I'd say that's RJ and Kemba.

If Mo Wagner dunks on you, I'm pretty sure it's in the CBA that you have to retire.

I know Thibs wouldn't start him, but McBride surely look like an alpha defender. He has to play to balance out this roster. And Grimes too. Thibs lauded his defense. So play them

Kemba was supposed to be a bargain, but if he is this big a liability on defense then you have to treat him as a sunk cost and move on from him as a starter. The reality though is this FO is not going to be willing to take the PR hit if they fold on Kemba so quickly and that means he is going to be the starter for a while. Regardless, they need to play our rookies. They are going to be good players
