Trez but I like Dinwiddie's clutch gene. He and Brad better figure out how to play through contact and not expect refs to bail them out any more. Work on some "Jordan Rules" strength to get the ball in the basket despite being touched with pattycake hands. I think SDw and Brad haven't figured out how to play together, Spence is deferring to a guy who is shooting 20+ shots a game, while missing most of them. It's another Everybody Eats situation when the star is out of the game and the bench goes berserk. Brad is trying to earn a supermax. He still contributes when his shot isn't falling, but, it's an Emperor has no clothes situation with Brad on his 3pt shooting. The open secret on his 3-ball is that it has always been more pretty-looking than reliable-- unless he's playing next to Wall where every outside shooter was spoonfed open looks. This team would do well with a true set-up man at point. Both DInwiddie and Brad dribble more than pass. I get the feeling this will sort itself out as players get more familiar with each other and Wes' offense. There were a few miscues where players cut instead of sticking at a spot, etc, that sort of stuff evens out by the end of the year.
Deni. I like how players think they can go after the Euro kid and end up taking bad shots. He plays defense with his feet, just getting in the way and mucking up their rhythm. He doesn't look like a shut down defender, but his defensive effect is notable and he is game to defend whatever size attacker is thrown at him. Not a shutdown defender but he shaves the numbers down on opponents shot percentage.
