no one else, suggs was #2 on my board,i was ecstatic when we draft him.
and i was deadly wrong,as the majority of scouts and gm.
but drafts are always like this, when we had worst record in the league giannis and gobert went like #15 and #28,nothing you can do about that
Bruh it's been 5-6 games don't give up yet, you trippin. He's clearly shown some legit NBA skills that boarder on elite. His defense and passing in transition is borderline elite already. Yes he'll need to improve consistency and his handle, but so does Jalen Green. But unlike Green Suggs is able to contribute to winning basketball by being a willing passer and fiesty defender.
Suggs isn't the instant offense you/we probably would have liked, but that doesn't mean he can't put it together. He clealy IMO at least plays with a chip on his shoulder(especially on defense). If people think Suggs is playing bad, I wonder what they think of the way Green's been playing.Spoiler:
he isnt a real Magic fan, so dont worry about talking him off a ledge. i agree we all need to let these players develop. and some teams (Toronto for example) already have a great player development program in place while teams like Orlando have brand new coaches. We are already seeing some dividends on that with Bamba's play. But our new coach will need some time to find his footing. And declaring anything about any player 6 games into their career just makes you look foolish
