Westbrook also demonstrated why he's on his 4th team in 3 years as well. Mental midgets who fixate on stats while the other 80% of the game passes them by.

I am starting to feel a bit sorry now, reading so many negative stuff, Westbrook getting beat up by pretty much everyone.![]()
Before the 4th quarter, Russ didn't have a lot of turnovers. Yes 4th quarter stats are magnified so that's fair, but I don't recall him committing so many mental mistakes in the OT. He was dared to take those open 3's and resisted those very tempting chances of becoming a hero. He didnt registered an assist but he set up AD for that crucial FTs in the final minute of OT.

If Westbrook got lost at sea, no trade, just gone, the Lakers would be better as a team:
PG - Rondo - Reaves
SG - Bradley - Monk
C - Davis - Howard
PF - Anthony - Doumbouya
SF - Bazemore - Ellington
When they're at full strength they'd need hin even less:
PG - Rondo - Reaves - Monk
SG - Nunn - Bradley - Ellington
C - Davis - Howard - Jordan - Huff
PF - Ariza - Anthony - Doumbouya
SF - James - Tucker - Bazemore - Brown

When LeBron, THT and Nunn get back - he should just be sat down anytime he starts doing dumb **** in the fourth quarter. I knew as soon as Rondo was ejected last night that Westbrook was going to start vomiting all over himself. And that's exactly what happened.
I really thought by now I'd be over the Westbrook deal and not thinking about Buddy Hield as much. Seriously.
