I’m hoping for solid effort at deadpan irony.
What would be ironic about that? It’s kind of sad they’re changing the name. “Staples” is pretty iconic. It’s like when they changed the name of Joe Robbie stadium down in Miami. Historic names that are now tarnished
What is so iconic about an office supplies company?

But I wasn’t too thrilled about Staples Center either. The Fabulous Forum was the best.

Like DustBuster said above, that's just straight up embarrassing.
Yeah, the .com is the extra cringe part of it. Crypto Arena isn't awesome by a long shot, but like... 30% better?
Yup, to me that takes it from just another really bad name for an arena. To maybe pushing it over that line of the worst name for an arena haha. Its that extra little cherry on top of horribleness haha.
