Having both our centers playing, always one on the court, is making all the difference here. Birch and Precious both working hard and playing well, and their presence has Siakam and Boucher playing better too.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

He's been trying to get Scottie going and he was the loudest when Scottie made that jumper.

That scream when GTJ took the charge was great to see as well.

These guys hate to lose so we are seeing some emotion and they Are ein the middle of a long road trip its good bonding time

This isn't even our final form with OG out

It helps to play a team with a worse record than us too...

I know for a fact Fred and Pascal don't want a repeat of that depressing season last year.

Good ol Kings, forever being the Eastern's conference morale booster on the west coast trip.

Are they the version of screwing an ugly chick who is low on confidence to get back on track?

Slumpbuster.

At some point this organization has to make a Choice. Are you developing Scottie into a role player or your main piece? Because og siakam and fvv and Trent all the same team, too many cooks in the kitchen trying to be the man.

Having numerous cooks (who can play about .500 ball) when a rookie is in game 17 of his career, or even most of his first year, is absolutely fine It says nothing about where you expect him to be in his prime.

Rushing a player who is not a great ball shooter / handler (yet), into a high usage role that he is not ready for is something perenially bad teams do to players that tend not to develop.

Does his role need to be tweaked to get shots at other spots. Sure. But forcing high usage on to him makes zero sense in my view.

I just don't get it.

That logic doesn’t make sense. Perennially bad teams have to do that because they have no other talent. And that’s why they’re bad.

This team isn’t lackin talent. It’s misusing the talent it has. Scottie has the best playmaking potential on this team and eventually that is his projected role. It makes more sense to try to develop it ASAP instead of using him as a screen setter and rebounder. What good does that do him or the team? Doesn’t it make more sense to get his reps in… and going forward the team will be better for it. Again it doesn’t have to be all the time. B it he should be used like draymond. Use him at the top of the key or in a post up and set screens for fvv or Trent where he can find them. These are set plays.

Nurse not taking advantage of his skillset in this why is perplexing.

Talking about teams who have continuously forced their rookies into challenging roles over and over... we have the Kings.... with very mixed success.

Bro why are you defending a point guard who threw a bullet pass out of bounds?

Delusional.

Go to bed man it’s late for you

Why do you resort to personal attacks tho? Why don't you talk about the basketball you are watching

Toxic Scottie Stans crying again. We are up by 18, can't we just be happy? Basically, everyone has contributed. He's contributing to winning basketball. That's the most important thing.

But I guess you guys would rather we get blown out by 40 points as long as Scottie gets 20 points and maintains his lead in the rookie of the year race. You think Scottie Barnes wishes he was drafted by Detroit or Houston? Just so that he would have more usage? I'm sure he would love that losing culture.

I do not see FVV as a good leader if he can look to set up his teammates.

We're clearly running more aggressively and faster at close outs than games past. Yes Sac has missed a few open looks but so have we.
