So I’ll just say:
There’s a problem with how you’re simplifying the notion of a “good center” if you think the players you listed all qualify.
If the four, the only one who has proven capable of learning how to be a role player capable of working within a motion system is McGee, and McGee proved that he could do this in GS.
We thus can ask why the Warriors prefer the guys they have to McGee, but every other guy you couldn’t expect them to come in and thrive in GS, any more than DeMarcus Cousins.
I’ll add this is really something because McGee as a young player was often called the dumbest player in the league, but McGee has grown in his understanding to the point of team competence in a way the others have not ever proven they can.
