So far its looking that way. Theres been enough proof of how this team performs when healthy and that is .500 team.

Very different situations though. Being the only team playing away from home then having our best players come down with covid would change the direction of most teams in this league. David Thorpe was saying Pascal lost like 20lbs from having covid. Masai knew that playing in the playoffs was stupid as we would be the only team in the league without a homecourt advantage. Perfect opportunity to take a step back, regroup and get younger.
This year, we are back at home (albeit no crowd right now) but our team has shown that it can compete and our biggest weakness is an easy fix (i.e. bench). Just having a competent bench will make us more competitive. Plus we are significantly younger than last year so lots of our guys can benefit from the experience. And winning a round is actually a possibility depending on matchups.
