Last I checked, I was told she was fired - but no other details. I'll pass any further news on when I hear it.

Thinking of doing this when I retire in the next 5 to 10 years. https://www.skyscanner.com/tips-and-inspiration/hotels/living-in-a-hotel But it won't work if we have another major Covid-type situation. Move around the country every 3 to 6 months.

I'm actually considering something like this pre-retirement since I'm fully remote now. I'll experiment this year (1-3 weeks at a time) and next year (a couple months at a time) with the goal to make a decision by mid-2024 if I really want to be a digital nomad for the foreseeable future.

The biggest thing I need to research is what to do about having some sort of dedicated address to provide my employer and to put on financial documents and other legal stuff. I guess I could always pay a small amount to a relative to "rent" a room in their house and use it as an on-paper permanent residence, but do I trust any of them enough to have my mail come to their house is the question lol. :D

Right, my thinking is to get a PO Box and have my brother send the mail to my hotel once every couple of weeks or so. Make the PO Box close to his house, so it's convenient for him.

If you go ahead with this, I'd love to hear how it goes for you.

Why watch the games when the box scores tell you everything? :wizard:

Could be great fun -- all the more if it's around the world rather than the country.

I have a friend who travels around a lot with one of these: https://www.scamptrailers.com/. They're light enough that whatever car a person already has suffices to pull them.

I also remember, a long time ago, reading a story about a woman who lived full time on the QE2. At the time it seemed relatively affordable, but I wonder whether that's still true.

I think I read the same article, or something similar about a woman "retiring" on cruise ships. When you're single, or have the combination of an adventurous spouse and minimal responsibility to other relatives, you can really get creative.

Spending eternity on a cruise ship could be one of the circles of hell.

Living in a hotel for 5 months was fun for me.. It hurt my budget but I got hookups and local rates and in the long haul it all worked out

Housekeeping and nice acquaintances worked nicely

I feel like saying all you motherfukers need to do is what I tell you...

That time God gave me that dream Morris almond was a wizard and they won six straight games without a loss that should have told him GM OWNER ETC HIM something

His father was nice enough to email me and I know that he is an Air Force veteran like I am...I'm just happy that he got two 10-day contracts...

I did not do **** but God told me to tell that guy to say my defense is good now and if you look at the statistics Morris almond play beyond great defense

And before anybody gets weirded out he was born on Groundhog Day just like me only several years later I think I'm 24 years older than he is

And if anybody thinks I'm a little full of myself I always have been narcissistic and egotistical hopefully God has humbled me little bit over the years

And you even got an autographed, personalized if I remember correctly, picture of your guy in a Wizards uni.
