I don't think they're struggling with the Pelicans because of him. They're struggling because they have a smart coach who is playing a huge lineup that the Suns just can't guard. They're a bad matchup for the Suns, outside of Mikal Bridges and Ayton they just don't have the length to defend the below lineup:
6'3 McCollum at PG
6'7 Herb Jones at SG
6'8 Ingram at SF
6'11 Hayes at PF
7'0 Valanciunas at C
