My suggestion is that RealGM allow users to somehow post feedback on Mods. Right now Mods are selected secretly, with no input by any forum users, aside from other mods. They are then given the power to enforce rules and interpret posts in any way they see fit. Many of them shape discussion by allowing certain things and banning others, for which there is no logical reason. It’s essentially a dictatorship.
The ideal scenario would be that RealGM allows a forum to vote out mods if a certain percentage of users don’t like the way a board is being moderated.
However, I realize this may be too radical, so the next best thing would be an uniform and consistent way to give feedback on Mods that is actually reviewed by Administrators.
Suggestion: Democratize forum by allowing users to vote on Mods
