290

Post#1 » by Susan » Sat Jul 8, 2023 2:39 am

We've got a good card here.

Robbie Lawler's goodbye against Floridaman Niko Price
Bo Nickal against a last minute lamb to slaughter
Turner/Hooker will be fun
Bobby Knuckles vs controversial white African dude
Moreno/Pantoja will be fun
Volk/Yair should be damn awesome - I just have a hunch that Yair does it and ends his run

Hooker has a lot of losses recently - 4 out of his last 6. And they have often been brutal. On the other hand, they've been against murderers. But still, I think he gets destroyed.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

My prospect must watch of the night is Tatsuro. Kid is goooooiod.

Rooting for Jalin. Hooker is a gangster but I feel he’s gonna just be too slow. DDP vs Whitaker does lean towards Robert but this is now post-nose surgery Driscus. He won’t look as gassed throughout the fight, so he says. Guess the similar surgery Gaethje had?

As a Moreno and Yair fan, I’m so anxious for the fights. The Pantoja fight scares me the most.

Yair should be explosive in the early two rounds but Volk’s pace is unmatched. If Yair can get it done, I think he needs to get it done before the championship rounds. He’s a southpaw so that could make for some interesting moments, but as much as I want Yair to win, I would have to guess that the night ends with: “AND STILL!”

I love international fight week. One of the best cards of the year.

Izzy with the WWE promo, embarrassing.

Volk honestly might be the most complete fighter I’ve ever seen. It’s between him and peak Mighty Mouse IMO. GSP probably 3rd.

-Robbie **** Lawler - what a legend
-Hooker is insane, major props to him. He was losing that fight, dug deep and stole it from Tuner and all the while having a broken arm.
-Sad for Bobby Knuckles, truly one of the best
-Moreno is another awesome dude who I hate to see lose, but he seems capable of growing past this and bringing another competitve fight to Pantoja
-Pantoja's post fight interview was chilling, maybe one of the most raw and emotional moments I can remember. "You proud of me dad?" - holy hell.
-Volk is on that GSP/Mighty Mouse/Nunes ****. Rare air for that man.
-The Izzy/DDP stuff is real IMO. That's gunna have some DC/Jones level heat.

There was so much to get political about here... what are you referring to?

Haven't seen anything that awkward (referring to izzy nbombs...) since Romero vs Luke postfight make-out sess.
