Bucks blow a 19 point lead with 8 minutes to go against a Lebron-less Lakers.
If yesterday’s reaction is anything to by, I guess their season is over too ?

Bucks up about 20 in the 4th at home against the LeBronless Lakers and lose.
Heat lose the second half 60-37 at home vs. the playin Warriors.
Someone start a thread on the GB about it

Now I KNOW the Bucks did not just have an epic collapse after how Bucks nation just clowned the Celtics last night!

So after watching the Bucks (with a full roster, at home, and with something still to play for) choke away a 19 point lead to the Lebron-less Lakers last night our key to the Finals is to be the collapsee and not the collapsor? I may have gotten those made up words backwards

The Bucks were never this bad when Jrue Holiday was their starting PG.

I think the Celtics (knock on wood) healthy should 100000000% win the East. Even with their flaws, I just think the Bucks are our top competition this year and I just don't think they're good enough to beat us, or damn sure at least consistent enough. Like you saw last night, every time Dame is not elite, you can and should absolutely beat them because their defense is just not that good.
The team that can really exploit your flaws is the Denver Nuggets. Last year Miami did, but they also went on a crazy crazy run and the Celtics were worse last year. It'd be a huge failure to lose to them this year, way more than last year. I also think Rozier kinda blows and that trading Lowry made them less scary to me; I still would rather face Philly in Round 1 though.
Philly is kind of in an interesting spot; they looked pretty good earlier this season with Embiid healthy, and we still don't 100% know if he's coming back, but he likely will imo. And if he does come back, we really have zero idea how he's going to look. The scary part about a series against them is that Nurse is a really good coach, and you might have to start Horford over Jrue because of Embiid.
Also, Kyle Lowry is so annoying. Buddy Hield can be too. But we should win that series.

SGA out vs Houston tonight and GSW is on a b2b vs Orlando. We could have a tie for 10th in the West after tonight.

I think that’s lost favor to “how it started, how it’s going” type themes?

bisme37 wrote:Hey this a really fun thread from the GB if anyone wants to check it out. Some guy found an NBA message board from the 80's. And then some folks in the comments found the RGM General Board from 2002.
It's an awesome trip down memory lane, very interesting to see what people thought of the NBA then and how they discussed it. And surprise, many NBA fans hated the refs and the defensive rules and thought the NBA was stupid and boring and rigged then just like many fans do now haha.

Draymond ejected again, this time simply double techs from hassling refs. I must admit the ref looking a little scared/worried/intimidated before the second one and another ref came in and pulled that ref out and gave the second tech.

Kelly Oubre has to have one of the lowest basketball IQs in the NBA

Makes me wish we signed Oubre. This board would need a lot of blue font tonight lol.

Another Nuggets loss where opponent forced Jokic to give up the ball and for his teammates to make threes. Easier though since Murray wasn't playing. Some guy named Gillespie took some of his minutes.
