With Randle out, we are going to need Burks to score at lease 12 mpg and BB to score 15 mpg to stand a chance.

Nice. As a corner catch-and-shoot guy, he can be an asset in the playoffs for 15-20 mins.

iHart / OG / Hart / DDV / Brunson
Bench: Mitch (some Precious), Bogs, McBride

8-man rotation with Precious used as a 9th man in certain cases.

Let's gooooooooo

I haven't seen the stats, but I'd be surprised if Burks is anything other than a net negative.

I'd take back Grimes in street clothes over him.

Still think we should experiment with Bogs in the starting 5 along with McBride. Move Hart and Div to the bench. Basically replacing Bogs with Randle but adding another good defender in McBride to make up for Bogs lack of defense. I think Bogs could give us a decent 16-20 pts a game decreasing the pressure on Brunson to score.

iHart, Bogs, OG, McBride, Brunson
Bench: Mitch, Div, Hart

I tend to agree but I don't see Thibs rocking the boat at this juncture...

I strongly don't believe that the Knicks have enough shot creation to make it past the 2nd round.

Not going to lie, that sounds pretty bad.

Josh often initiates fastbreaks and I think that's more valuable than what Miles and Bogs can provide. I also want to see what a lineup of Mitch, OG, Bog, and Miles can provide because I think that lineup is going to surprise people.

Bucks defense is awful. And Doc's approach doesn't put Dame in a good spot on defense, either. Shot creation won't be that prominent when it seems like all it took in the Bucks game was about 2 or 3 dribbles to get into the paint. Even trapping, Bucks can't handle quick guards. Unless the Bucks change things up, I don't see shot creation as an issue.

Playoffs are a different story but it's not impossible to see Hart, Donte and a little Bog (though I still strongly feel he'll fade and overshoot when it matters) make up for much of the Randle load.

It's also the case that Deuce should just keep being aggressive and expand what he's doing - catch some more lightning in a bottle.

Brunson, Divo, Boj, OG, Hart

McBride, Hart, Mitch

It's hard to change now, I think Boj should have been inserted into the starting lineup already; he is a rhythm player that needs touches & minutes; and with that will come many points. I love Hart, he is perfect 6th man energy guy off the bench and can still get 36mpg off the bench. Hart's game won't be impacted if he comes off the bench. To me, this is a win win.
