If we win.. if Orl & Ind both win... can you just imagine the off-season??? And Rumors. Lol
KD,, Book, Spida, Embiid, Giannis will probably all look to relocate elsewhere. Honestly, I hope they understand that it's Brunson's team now. My personal preference is Spida

the "no" to a Mitch, Bojan and 4 firsts proposal earlier, I really had to read it twice
They might be walking that back now
I think GA might throw in a couple of seconds now too

Its nice to not be desperate for stars. We could run it back with the same lineup and easily be the 1 or 2 seed if everyone is relatively healthy

he is so star-thursty. I really just shook my head when he was on the bill simmons podcast last season and was just lamenting and whining about how no star comes to the knicks when he had a good thing/team going. the prototype of the cliche-whiney-knicks-fan.
just a **** clown man. I can't stand this dude at all.

That's why it feels so good that our team has adopted to a culture not based on shortcuts or quick fixes, but with hard work.
The winning eventually follows as we're seeing today.

Theyd wany draft picks. They basically have none. They prolly want 5 picks and someone who they can add to their core or move for even more picks. I bet their opening offer would be something along the lines of:
Mitch
McBride
Divo
Hart
5 Picks
5 Swaps
Not even kidding. Teams are insane with their asking prices. Of course, the best scenario is that Booker says NYK or nowhere. If he does that, we can get significantly better value.
It would end up probably looking like:
Mitch
Randle
McBride
3-4 picks
2-3 swaps
for
Booker
Throw-ins

This is not new news... Booker was rumored to want to play here a couple years ago

I don't think the Suns would trade Booker. they would deal KD first.
but IF they do.. I would go all assets out for him and don't think twice about this.

And you politely hang up the phone.
Our team is closer to being a title contender with our guys in that trade offer and assets than with Booker as the key acquisition.

I think that Philly and Phoenix may be able to work out something. Embiid for KD/Beal or something along those lines. Actually, there are a lot of possibilities. Phoenix had no PG or center, and that cost them. Philly has both.

Thanks for posting this... I knew it had been reported of the Knicks/Booker mutual interest

Re: Around the NBA - Continued to bloodcl--
Randle, Mitch, and one 2024 1st for Booker is more than enough and may actually help both teams in terms of roster balance.
We'd keep Bogs and our remaining picks as ammo for the next trade deadline. We'd re-up OG, iHart, and Precious and we'd draft 1-2 tall 3&D swing men studs.
