Why would we trade tmac when his value is at an absolute low ???

Camby was suggested I just dont think its worth it to upgrade defensively when our offense is horrible.

Personally id want brad miller im watchin the kings game now hes still playing great basketball and knows adelmans system to a tee. Just my opinion id really like to see miller and another good player for yao,,,,hes way tougher,,,,can stretch the d,,,,great passer good free throw shooter and we could probably get another nice player in the deal. Anyone have any interest in miller?????

Miller, Spencer Hawes and their first for Yao is the only way i'll even consider doing this.

Cause you would'nt trade him if his value was at a all-time high. More so it would mark the end of your Yao/Mcgrady experiment that has failed to get past the first round of the playoffs in 5 years of trying.

RaptorReloaded, I think I see what you're looking at.

With McGrady, the Raptors will be a serious contender for championship next year, and then a massive cap relief in 2010. Even though the Raptors will be under the cap in 2010, you're looking for more cap relief by getting rid of Kapono and Bargnani.

Morey will not trade McGrady because he, too, is keeping an eye on the 2010 free agency. No matter what we go through this year, we're not going to trade McGrady to get additional contracts in 2010.

And how have you enjoyed all your playoff wins?

Hah! Your impotent wiles fall off my back like a frozen goose! Verily thrice I volley-taunt thee!

Something along the lines of Andrea, Kapono, and Parker for T-Mac and his wonky knee?
You would get a young power forward that you can put alongside Yao and two of the NBA's top 10 (possibly top 5) 3pt shooters.
I personaly like for both teams. Andrea would really stretch the floor for Yao as his shot is the purest thing since bottled water. That and this year he seems to really have come into his own defensively. He's got the size, length, and body. He's posting consecutive double double games and blocking the Isssshh outa everybody. That and his conract runs out 2010.

T-Mac is T-Mac and would give T.O a third star beside Bosh n' ONeal.

I only say this if your season starts to slide. I don'y see you guys trading T-Mac if you guys are well- above .500 when he gets back. That and I don't mind watching Andrea develop into an amazing player. He's still very young but he's extremely talented. Once he puts it all together wow!

PF isn't our area of weakness, so that probably won't go down. We have Scolandry, Hayes, and eventually Dorsey at 4.

We would be weak at guard after trading T-Mac.

Sounds like Warriors don't care for the ball hog anymore...i say we take a shot at him knowing T-mac still isnt at full health

Trade ID #4849399

Scola, Rafer, and Head for Maggette and Watson...then w/ an spot open we can bring back Deke.

Yao/Deke
Landry/Hayes/Dorsey
Battier/Maggette
Artest/T-mac/Wafer: Artest can start in place of McGrady till he's healthy
Watson/Brooks/Barry
Let's Go Mets.......You Gotta Believe

In case you did not know, we are trying to run the Princeton Offense. That has to do with ball movement, so why would we want Maggete especially at the expense of Socla.

And we give way to much either way

I'm not sure if the Clippers would do this, but would the Rockets trade Rafer/Battier for B-Diddy?

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa no.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Is Shane Battier still untouchable? It seems like he's one of the players with the highest value on the Rockets. Are there any specific needs that the Rockets are looking to upgrade?

He is not untouchable, but his value is higher to us. We need to upgrade

Starting PG
Backup SF (if u take battier)
Back Up C

can u absorb Francis or Heads contract, if so no need for Backup C =]

Right now, we mainly just need a truer backup C (which we may have but who isn't ready at any rate) and health.

There's no need for a trade right now that doesn't involve cutting salary.

We also need an upgrade at the backup shooting guard position when Tracy goes out.

What if we can find a upgrade at the Point without giving much... You never know.

I feel pretty confident in saying, "ain't one."

Unless you're like a buddy of mine who thinks "we really need to get Deron Williams" - something that is 200% unfeasible, but if you have a way to make it happen (your options are pretty much: blackmail/subterfuge/assassination/buying both clubs/magic - if you pick the last option, be sure to conjure Raoul up a unicorn while you're at it), by all means, go for it. :) We're gonna be hard pressed to upgrade C, and that's the easier slot.

Oh, I was meaning Morey in NBA Live. But your options seem much better. I'll put a plan together and get back at ya
