Not just him, a lot of dudes on the radios around town were saying something big was bubbling. It ended up being for Olli, but Gainey sat on his hands for too long before deciding to call Phoenix.

Good 40 mins of play to finish off the game vs. the Stars. Price seems to be back, kinda feel bad for Halak, but it's good for us Habs fans.

Blet. Hate seeing him go, but it needed to be done - this team wasn't his anymore. Aside from the french canadiens and a select few english speaking players, nobody really listened to Carbo and he handeled it the wrong way as well. I remember when Kovalev supposedly said two summers ago that Carbo favored the french players, Carbo made each player skate in a group of their nationality. He went ahead and skated with the french players; not exactly the best way to get a point across.

Oh well. . . Bob's going to light a fire under Kovy's ass and we play well under him. If we're going to bring in an experienced coach next season, my vote goes for Pat Quinn with Hartnell in second place.

I know man... it's so discouraging :/ I almost don't even want to watch them play anymore. Even when they were bad over the past 10 years I watched them because they worked hard! Now I can't bear to watch them because they play with no heart! Drains the morale!

I'm just thinking thank God almost the whole team is FA bound this year. We can blow it up without having to actually make the trades and take back bad salary or give up picks. And with the way some guys are playing this year we might be able to bring them back at discounts: Komisarek, Higgins, Kovalev, Tanguay, etc.

We have 11 freeagents, of which 7 are UFA's. I don't expect Cube or Dandy to be back... probably not Kovy... I don't want Koivu back, but he most likely will be... I'm torn between wanting Komi back... nothing more than 3 mill. the way he's playing right now. I want to see Tanguay back for sure... Kosto = definitely as well.

Finally! A line that freakin' clicks aside from the Lats-Lap-Kosto line! The Kostitsyns + Pleks line was terrible though...

WOOOOO! Back into 7th, which would pit us against Washington. I really wouldn't mind playing them in the playoffs, as going against Theo can only result in positives. Loved what the analysts said tonight: Boston's worst nightmare is ending up with Montreal in the first round because we're their kryptonite. Would be a 7 game series, for sure.

Also, got tickets for Monday versus Ottawa most likelyyy. Woo!
