Big win, and a big game for Koivu. Glad he had the two goals tonight.

Koivu played really well. He set a new career high in goals and has tied his career high in points with 2 games remaining. Capitan Koivu and Halak led the way tonight! :)

With Halak playing so well does that make huet expendable in the off-season or abby. Don't we also have Price the 5th overall pick from 05 coming up soon I wonder how long before he is up with the team.

There is no way Abby is back next year. Huet will be back for sure, and Halak/Danis/Price will battle it out in training camp for the backup position. Halak obviously has the upperhand with the way he has been playing for us this season. Price and Danis will be backstopping the Bulldogs next year in Hamilton.

i've always been a big fan of saku! i realy dont understand why some people were bashing him and not calling him a leader! i was kinda mad at carbo cuz he benched him but i guess our captain respond well!

i seriously have a feeling we can go far this year if we make the playoffs! we always make upsets in the first round and we lose to the stanley cup winners lol

I've always loved Saku's game as well. He plays with a lot of heart, has battled through so much already throughout his career (Cancer, Eye Injury) and is exactly the kind of person that should be wearing the C.

I like what Carbo did though the other night. Koivu hadn't really been playing very well and wasnt as intense or "into it" as he usually is. Right after that benching though, Koivu took off! I think it was a great move by Carbo.
