Washington and Utah have agreed to a trade.

Wizards out:
Andray Blatche ($6,442,083)
Nicolas Batum ($2,155,365)
D.J. White ($2,001,167)
Total = $10,598,615 x1.5 = (15,897,922)

Jazz out:
Al Jefferson ($14,000,000)

The Wizards do this deal for a few reasons. First, we needed a post presence on offense to pair with Curry and Al Jeff more than fits the bill. Secondly, as much as we love Batum, we were not ready to give him a big payday. Thirdly, we are able to rid ourselves of Blatche's contract. Great dealing, Utah!

Trade #139: Los Angeles Lakers-Washington Wizards

Los Angeles Lakers Receive:
Future Considerations

Washington Wizards Receive:
PG Shaun Livingston ($3,500,000)

Lakers accept and this deal creates a TPE worth 3.5 million.

The Lakers needed to clear some more salary, and this does this for us.

Utah approves. Felt like we needed some help on the perimeter. Batum is young and has a ton of potential..Blatche is also a solid PF with a reasonable contract. Great trading Washington.

guys, I am done warning people and will start to simply cancel trades. If your trade is posted and accepted by both teams but has nort been approved, odds are that it is because of one of these reasons
SamBone wrote:

1. must follow trade rules
2. must list salaries for current season for each player to prove that trade works
3. MUST NUMBER YOUR TRADE
4. all teams involved must post why they accept the deal
5. Roster has to be updated for trades to be approved

Trading picks:
Unlike the NBA we allow picks to be traded in back to back years. If you place protection on the pick, the full protection MUST be listed, or it will be unprotected the following season.

if the pick is protected you MUST list when it is unprotected, or it the debt is simply vanished if you dont get the pick.

TRADE DOES NOT WORK, THE POSTED ROSTER FOR SUNS HAS 13 PLAYERS ON ROSTER, HE DID TRADE #131 WHICH MADE HIS ROSTER 14 PLAYERS, SO HE CAN NOT TAKE THE 2 EXTRA PLAYERS THAT THIS DEAL GIVES HIM, SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO BE ADDED OR WAIVED PRETRADE

NOTE: Thank you for posting the picks correctly :)

Fixed boss, he added in a player. And it still works financially. Oh and for your edit, when you keep drumming something into my head I'll eventually learn :).... No homo.

#144 Minnesota and Utah have a trade:

Minnesota sends: Joe Johnson($18,038,573) + Trey Thompkins($535,000) + Armon Johnson($762,195) = $19,335,768

Utah sends: Trevor Ariza($6,790,640) + Chuck Hayes($5,250,000) + Iman Shumpert($1,563,120) + Earl Watson($2,000,000) = $15,603,760 x 1.25 = $19,504,700

Utah will also send $2m in cash.

Minnesota accepts. Shopped JJ for awhile and most deals had us having to take back a bad contract. This deal has us taking back Ariza and Hayes as 2 good defensive roleplayers that have played under Rick Adleman before, while getting a young/talented guard in Shumpert. The cash will help to buyout Earl Watson if needed. Nice dealing Utah.
