PHX OUT: Dudley
PHX IN: Shumpert + payroll savings
NYK OUT: Shumpert + Camby (out with platar fasciitis since Jan)
NYK IN: Ridnour + Steimsma
MIN OUT: Ridnour + Steimsma
MIN IN: Dudley + Camby
PHX gets their man, as requested.
NYK gets a better replacement for Shumpert and a usable center
MIN gets Dudley, and then waives Camby.

I would argue Ridnour and Dudley are pretty even... Well, with a tad of incentive from Minnesota, Stiemsma and a 2nd or so, I guess I don't get why we are doing what the other teams don't want to without getting something back.
Dudley is a more than solid wing on a very good contract, more a SF than SG but can fill in there too. He's a much better fit than Ridnour so i don't think it's that far off unless it compromises future moves like re-signing Pek.
The Camby contract is ugly but last year is only partially guaranteed.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.
