We need some news! Maybe a big trade involving the Magic or not.

Well I am going to "speculate" that right now, Oladipo is in the gym preparing for the season. The more time that passes before the regular season...the more time Oladipo has to continue to work on his game. Love having a guy with his level of work ethic...every second that passes is another second where he is getting a leg up on the competition.

Those are the thoughts that keep me going through the off-season.

Yes, typically Media Day is the first of October. So if you think about it really only have a month and a half till camp starts....

Rumors are that Hedo is not accepting a buyout that would pay him less, and that the Magic see a team trading for an expiring around January. Thus Mr. Türkoğlu is project-able as making the opening night roster. Hmm.

As Afflalo, Harris, Harkless, and Vučević are all reported to have "worked hard" on their respective games, and perhaps more importantly, on strength and conditioning, this seems to be the Magic's depth chart on night one"

I cannot think that many fans here will like this. This is a win-now depth chart, not a tank-for-latter.

Harris/Harkless/Turkoglu
BBD/Harris/Maxiell/Nicholson
Vucevic/Maxiell/O'Quinn

IIRC, most "experts" say this will be the lineup.

I have to start keeping up with the Magic again. It's been primarily the Rays as I wait for the Magic to come back.
